General
- Please verify your order carefully. After placing your order, be sure to review the
confirmation email. SaveMood reserves the right to apply necessary deposits to
ensure product integrity. We aim to provide accurate confirmation details;
however, the final invoice you receive will reflect the official bill. - Report any issues with spoiled or missing items promptly. We offer a 100%
satisfaction guarantee. After 7 days, invoices will be considered final and
accurate. - SaveMood reserves the right to decline any refund requests and may ask for
photos to support such requests.est. - We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue your access to any or all parts of
the SaveMood website and related services at any time, without prior notice. At
our sole discretion, SaveMood may also suspend or revoke a customer’s ability
to purchase products through the website for any reason.
Delivery and fee - Regular customers
◦ A minimum purchase of $60 is required for all orders.
◦ Delivery fees are determined by your proximity to our distribution centers.
We offer free delivery on all orders exceeding $150.0.
◦ Deliveries are available daily, from 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. - Office Program customers
◦ A minimum order of $60 is required for all Office Program purchases.
◦ A delivery charge of $9.95 applies to all Office Program orders under
$200.
◦ Deliveries will be made to a single drop-off point, either the office
entrance or reception, between 9 AM and 2 PM, Monday through Friday,
as part of our regular delivery schedule. Please inform us of your
preferred drop-off location. Here’s how - Please leave your empty reusable delivery bins out for collection when your new
SaveMood order arrives. If you decide to discontinue service, SaveMood will
retrieve any remaining bins. - Be cautious when handling frozen items from the foil jackets, and avoid direct
contact with the dry ice packs. - All bins, ice packs, foil jackets, and other materials are the property of
SaveMood and must be returned promptly and in good condition. Failure to do
so may result in charges to your account or loss of any deposits. We reserve the
right to decline pickup of bins that contain items we deem hazardous to our staff
or other customers. - Order cancellation policy
- Any changes to your order, including cancellations, must be completed before
the order cutoff time, which is the day prior to your scheduled delivery. - If you need to cancel your order after this deadline, you may contact our
Customer Care team. However, please note that the full amount of your order
will still be charged.
Payment - SaveMood reserves the right to perform a credit card pre-authorization. All preauthorizations
are processed one business day before delivery. For questions or
concerns regarding this policy, please contact our Customer Care team. - We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express) or Visa/MasterCard debit cards. - You will be charged for your groceries either on the day of delivery or the day
after. In some cases, you may be charged as early as one day before delivery or
as late as one day after delivery. - A fuel surcharge of $1.99 will be added to each order. This fee is subject to
change. - Please ensure your payment information is up-to-date, and your payment card
has sufficient funds to cover your order. Notify us of any changes to your
banking or credit card details promptly. - If there are any issues with payment, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend
your account and may forward the matter to a collection agency

Office Program exclusions - Office Program accounts are not eligible to participate in the SaveMood
membership program. - Additionally, Office Program customers are unable to earn or redeem loyalty
points when making purchases.

email or by posting notices on the website. You agree that all agreements, notices,
disclosures, and other communications provided electronically fulfill any legal
