Please include detailed photographs with each request to help us understand the issue and pass on feedback to our

quality control team.

Photographic Requirements:

Ensure that all photos are clear and easily identifiable.

For case lot items or bulk purchases, include pictures of all items together for comparison.

For expired items or quality concerns, please include photos of the expiry dates and the product in question.

Important Guidelines:

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All invoices are considered accurate and final after 7 days, and refunds

will no longer be available.
