At SaveMood, we value your privacy. Although our business necessitates the collection
of personal information, we will never knowingly sell, rent, or share your information
with any third party (other than the financial institution that processes your payment)
without your explicit consent. SaveMood is committed to safeguarding your
information and fully complying with all legal requirements.
Payment policy:
We accept the following payment methods through our secure website:
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express)
Please note:

  1. Customers who currently pay by cheque may continue to do so as long as their
    account is kept up-to-date..
  2. Customers with pre-authorized payments may continue if their backup credit card
    information remains current.
    Payment terms
    Payment is due upon receipt (the day your delivery is made). If payment has not been
  3. received within 5 days from the date of the invoice (for example, on or before Monday if
  4. your order was delivered on Wednesday), we will:
  5. Automatically process your payment using your backup credit card information; or
  6. Charge a $3 late payment fee to your account if your credit card is no longer valid or
    if you are an existing cheque-paying customer who has not provided backup credit
    card information.
    Additional Note: There is a $15 fee for NSF cheques or declined pre-authorized
    payments.
    Payment policy:
    SaveMood will collect information including your name, address, phone number, credit
    history, and credit card or bank account details to process direct payments for
    customers who register for our delivery service. We may also gather and utilize
    additional information, such as purchasing habits, to enhance and improve our
    services.

Cookies:
When you visit our website, a small file known as a “cookie” is utilized to track the
items added to your order as you navigate through our site. To shop online with
SaveMood, you need to have cookies enabled. After completing your shopping
experience, you can remove the cookies from your hard drive if you choose to do so.
Google analytics:
SaveMood utilizes Remarketing through Google Analytics for online advertising. Thirdparty
vendors, including Google, may display SaveMood’s ads across various websites
on the Internet. SaveMood, along with these third-party vendors, employs first-party
cookies (like the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the
DoubleClick cookie) to inform, optimize, and deliver ads based on users’ previous visits
to our site. Additionally, we and our third-party vendors use these cookies to report on
how ad impressions, usage of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions
and services relate to visits to our website.

Third parties:
At SaveMood, we prioritize your privacy. We may share personal information with our
service providers (such as website hosting providers, payment processors, email
service providers, freight carriers, third-party marketing platforms, advertising
networks, and IT providers) as necessary for them to deliver the relevant services. Our
servers and service providers may be based in Canada or other countries (such as the
United States), which means that your personal information may be accessible to
government agencies or other entities in accordance with the laws of those
jurisdictions.
Intended purpose, consent & use of information:
SaveMood will only collect information from customers through lawful and consented
means. We will not retain or gather any information from unconsented sources. If a
SaveMood employee receives information without consent, they will inform the sender
to discontinue sending such information and clarify that providing unconsented
information violates the Personal Information Protection Act. If a customer chooses not
to provide the requested information necessary for our business operations, SaveMood
staff will explain the reasons for the request and outline the potential consequences of
withholding the information, which may include the cessation of delivery services.
Should SaveMood need to use original information for a different purpose, customers
will be informed in advance, and consent will be obtained prior to the new usage.

Request for additional information:
Occasionally, we may request additional information about your lifestyle,
demographics, and preferences to enhance our services. Rest assured, we will never
share this information with any third parties, except in aggregated form, such as the
percentage of customers who have purchased a specific product.
Accuracy:
SaveMood expects customers to provide accurate information and to promptly notify
us of any changes to ensure effective administration and service. This includes, but is
not limited to, keeping phone numbers, addresses, and payment methods up to date.
Safeguard & security:
All information collected from customers is protected through various measures,
including restricted access to databases and servers, encryption, strong passwords,
and locked filing cabinets for any paper records. All staff members receive training on
proper information safeguarding practices, and periodic audits are conducted to
ensure compliance. When paper documents containing personal customer information
are no longer needed, they are securely shredded.
Openness & access:
This privacy policy is made available to all customers and employees. SaveMood
conducts regular training sessions for employees to ensure the protection and
confidentiality of customer information. Customers can access this policy through
SaveMood’s website. At any time, a customer may request to view all personal
information collected by the company and learn how it is being used or disclosed.
However, certain information may be restricted if it pertains to other identifiable
individuals, legal matters, security issues, proprietary rights, or costs. In such cases,
the individual making the request will be informed of the reasons for the restrictions.

Any concerns, complaints, or inquiries regarding the handling of personal information
